Excellent Stay for Families

The reception staff were very helpful. I received a welcome bottle of water and prosecco in my room. The shower was fantastic, a real plus. The slides and pool are a great feature for children.
The food seemed repetitive and not always warm. The water park area was closed . There was building work going on at the hotel right next door.

The hotel is very close to the sea, a significant advantage. The train station nearby provides easy access to other towns. Convenient parking is available, and it is located close to the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and clean, I was given a room with a terrace. This terrace provided a panoramic view of the sea. Comfortable beds and daily cleaning services enhanced the experience.

the food selection was substantial with plenty of choices i ate at the buffet restaurant it had a diverse range of options daily the room had air conditioning i found it very effective the location is close to the beach it was less than a five minute walk.
the wifi signal was weak in certain areas of the hotel it was sometimes unreliable

the hotel staff was friendly. the children liked the slides. the children enjoyed all available activities. the hotel allowed us to stay after checkout. children used the pool until departure. the nightlife nearby was good.
depending on room location, the hotel was noisy. we stayed above shops on the street. the noise started at 8 am and continued until midnight or later. thin walls allowed us to hear everything from neighboring rooms, including toilet flushing.
